Job summary

500 Degrees is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Account Services team. The role supports the client-facing team by coordinating project tasks and communicating with clients to keep campaigns on track.

In this fast-paced environment you will manage day-to-day account activities, track progress, create change orders, route assets, document calls, and maintain updates across internal departments and clients. Travel up to 15-20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field and/or 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Self-motivated with strong, effective problem-solving skills.
• Prior agency experience is a plus.
• Keynote fluency is an added bonus.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support of Account Services team; assist account team members and directors in managing client relationships by responding to client inquiries, requests, and providing updates on project status.
• Coordinate and track the progress of projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Completing administrative tasks within defined timelines; such as: creating and updating change orders.
• Routing artwork/creative assets.
• Documenting client calls.
• Updating status.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution, escalating them to the appropriate parties when necessary.
• Facilitate communication between various internal departments and external clients to ensure effective collaboration and seamless project execution.
• Travel up to 15-20% of the year, as needed, to client locations, industry events, or other relevant destinations.
