Job summary

FIS is seeking a client relationship professional to act as the primary liaison for service-related activities, overseeing client projects and implementations, and building strong relationships across client contacts. This role emphasizes delivering solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and driving loyalty initiatives.

The position requires excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills to manage multiple accounts and ensure successful service delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Support in researching and resolving client inquiries and issues.
• Identify client needs and coordinate with teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure proper service, paperwork, and operational arrangements for accounts.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly sales & department reports.
• Stay informed about product changes and policy updates.
• Maintain knowledge of products/services and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional resources to clients.
• Participate in client reviews to understand strategic direction.
• Contribute to loyalty processes with timely follow-ups.
