Job summary

FIS is seeking a Client Relations Liaison in New Jersey to serve as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, coordinating service delivery and resolving issues. You will support problem resolution, understand client needs, and help drive ongoing relationship success.

You will coordinate with relationship managers, prepare reports, and stay updated on FIS products and services, while identifying opportunities to add value for clients.

Responsibilities

• Support research and resolution of problems and inquiries.
• Interface with clients to determine present and future needs and discuss progress toward solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, relationship managers, and other areas to ensure service excellence.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales and departmental reports.
• Stay informed on new products and changes to existing products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable products, services, and company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to provide more products or services and refer to management.
• Participate in client loyalty processes and follow-up actions.
