FIS is seeking a Client Relations Liaison in New Jersey to serve as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, coordinating service delivery and resolving issues. You will support problem resolution, understand client needs, and help drive ongoing relationship success.
You will coordinate with relationship managers, prepare reports, and stay updated on FIS products and services, while identifying opportunities to add value for clients.

Primary liaison for service side of the client relationship including escalation, oversight of client projects and implementations, execution of account plan activities, building of relationships with client contacts and coordination of the client loyalty process.
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm local time. Must be able to able commute to job site.

The pay range for this full-time position is $25.77 - $41.24 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
