Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Customer Success Consultant in Atlanta, GA to be the first point of contact for TriNet ASO clients. You will provide payroll, tax and platform support, ensuring accurate reporting and timely service delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in payroll and customer service, with 2+ years in the industry; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. In‑office role with potential for relocation to Atlanta or remote at company discretion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years payroll and customer service/relationship management experience.
• 2+ years industry experience; PEO/ASO or Payroll preferred.
• Knowledge in payroll, tax and compliance management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM & HRIS applications and virtual meeting platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for assigned TriNet ASO clients.
• Provide personalized payroll, platform support and reporting assistance.
• Triages, escalates, and resolves client inquiries with clear recommendations.
• Organize work to ensure timely, accurate delivery of services.
• Support client retention and satisfaction goals.
