Job summary

TriNet, a leading provider of comprehensive HR solutions, is seeking a Payroll Tax Specialist in Atlanta, GA. You will handle multi-state payroll tax processing and deliver reliable customer service within the Payroll Tax organization.

Responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues, handling case inquiries, and navigating Salesforce to document inquiries and resolutions. A background with payroll/tax tasks and proficiency in Microsoft Office are valued.

Qualifications

• General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training preferred.
• Typically 1+ years of experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• CPP and/or Fundamental Payroll Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal colleagues to resolve customer inquiries
• Provides administrative support with case inquiries and follow up
• Resolves low complexity, high volume tasks related to workflow, as assigned
• Communicates internally with colleagues via client cases and email
• Ability to navigate within Salesforce to document customer inquiries and resolution
• Processes various data entry related tasks within the Payroll Tax organization such as payments, reports, check requests, registrations, and filings
