Job summary

Huntington is seeking a skilled client services professional to manage complex escalations, onboard new relationships, and retain revenue across existing accounts. The role focuses on POS terminals, gateways, and VARs, with collaboration across sales and operations to ensure a seamless client experience.

Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years in merchant services, strong communication, and the ability to educate customers while navigating compliance and PCI considerations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; 5+ years in merchant services or related industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and multitask effectively; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex client servicing escalations across multiple workflows to ensure a consistent client experience and onboarding.
• Provide expert guidance on merchant services, chargebacks, financing, and PCI compliance; support VARs/Gateways.
• Support preexisting accounts with a focus on revenue retention and customer education; work with internal and third-party partners to ensure seamless service.
• Act as subject matter expert for POS terminals, gateways, and VARs; build partnerships to drive activation and retention.
