Job summary

HealthPlanOne is seeking an Associate Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and support retention and growth among small to mid-size accounts. You will advocate for clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, and assist the Director with larger enterprise clients, driving value through proactive conversations and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant concentration required.
• 1 year of experience in a call center or client services role.
• Ability to solve complex problems in a customer-facing role.
• Discipline and organization to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong relationship management skills, both internally and externally.
• Ability to understand customer data and make recommendations based on analytics.
• Excellent verbal, written and Microsoft Outlook skills.
• Experience in creating and presenting customer presentations.
• High level of integrity, judgment and follow through.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute small and medium client programs.
• Assist large client programs and enterprise clients.
• Provide consultative support to help clients meet business goals.
• Manage deliverables and monitor service delivery metrics.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships across departments.
• Offer solutions to enhance client performance and expand services.
• Conduct regular internal meetings to review performance.
• Maintain knowledge of call center and project operations.
• Manage change processes for assigned clients.
