Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, order management, or account support role.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Prior experience with fully integrated ERP systems (Epicor Prophet 21 preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer communication workflows.
• Knowledge of the textile industry is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently, adapt quickly, and prioritize in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate customer data and order details in the ERP system.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding pricing, shipping dates, order status, and delays.
• Monitor open orders and proactively address potential delays to ensure on-time shipment.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g., sales, production, warehouse) to resolve issues and drive satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, manage claims efficiently, and ensure closure within expected timelines.
• Support the sales team by managing accounts in their absence and assisting with internal coordination.
• Assist with marketing-driven initiatives, including customer campaigns and promotional shipments.
• Manage sample order processing, including special packaging or labeling needs.
• Delivery of a high standard of service that supports 100% customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
