Job summary

Magnetics, a division of Spang & Company, is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to be based at the Pittsburgh, PA office. You will support the Magnetics Sales Department by handling inquiries, quotations, orders, and documentation throughout the full customer service cycle.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, experience in sales or customer service, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of an ERP system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with pricing and delivery information.
• Create and process quotations and orders in the ERP system (IFS).
• Send customer confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Expedite customer orders and resolve customer concerns.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers and the Purchasing, Shipping, Manufacturing, Costing, Compliance, and Logistics departments to ensure accurate order processing.
• Collaborate with internal and external personnel to support customer needs.
