Job summary

Magnetics, a division of Spang & Company, is seeking an Applications Engineer for the Pittsburgh, PA office. The role acts as a technical liaison between Sales and Manufacturing, analyzing data to meet customer requirements and maintain product performance.

You will collect and analyze performance data, support sales with specifications and test data, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Development, and Quality Control on new designs and production feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Physics/Mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience with data analysis and analytical tools.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze product performance data using datasheets and curves.
• Support Sales with specifications, test data, and recommendations.
• Assist with new product development and engineering samples.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Development, and Quality Control.
