Propio Language Services is seeking a detail‑oriented Client Success Administrator to support client setup, billing readiness, and case management across multiple teams. You’ll help drive revenue accuracy and ensure a high-quality client experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes data integrity, process improvement, and collaboration with Success, Implementation, Finance, Billing, and Operations to deliver exceptional service and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client support, customer success operations, billing administration, or related field.
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage client account administration activities and ensure data and records are accurate.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation milestones; facilitate handoffs to operations.
• Review, validate, and reconcile billing data for accurate invoicing and timely resolution.
• Investigate billing inquiries and partner with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain client documentation to support readiness and audit needs.
• Create and monitor cases in Salesforce; ensure proper routing and SLAs are met.
• Collaborate across Client Success, Implementation, Finance, Billing, and Operations.
• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and analyses to support decisions.
• Conduct internal reviews to improve processes and data integrity.
• Provide administrative support to Client Success Managers to enhance satisfaction.
