Propio Language Services, Inc. in Overland Park is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Intern to gain hands-on experience across client success, onboarding, and growth. You’ll contribute from day one in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

This internship includes mentorship from industry professionals, collaborative projects, and potential for full-time employment after graduation. You will gain real-world B2B experience, learn Salesforce basics, and participate in cross-functional team

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• GPA 3.0+ strongly preferred.
• Active campus or community involvement preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Interest in learning multiple Client Success functions.
• Prior internship or office experience a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United States full-time without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Success in day-to-day operations to support client needs and satisfaction.
• Support onboarding and implementation for new clients with account setup and documentation.
• Join client meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions.
• Track client activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Draft client communications and surveys.
• Collaborate with teams to relay client feedback and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce and other tools.
• Research industries to provide client insights and improve experience.
• Contribute to internal projects to enhance client success strategy.
