Job summary

Propio Language Services is seeking an Implementation Intern to gain hands-on experience across client onboarding, administration, and client success. You’ll contribute to real client projects from day one in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers onsite learning in Overland Park, KS with mentorship from experienced professionals and opportunities for future full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum GPA 3.0 strongly preferred
• Active involvement in campus or community activities encouraged
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidentiality and professionalism required
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Interest in learning across Client Implementation functions
• Prior internship or office experience is a plus
• Legally authorized to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Assist Implementation team in day-to-day operations to support client needs and satisfaction
• Support onboarding process for new clients through material preparation, account setup, and documentation
• Possibly visit local client sites to assist with onboarding
• Participate in client meetings or calls, take notes, and follow up on actions
• Draft client communications such as follow-ups and surveys
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain and update client records in CRM or tracking tools
• Conduct research to understand client industries and provide insights
• Contribute to internal projects to improve Implementation strategy
