Job summary

KDC-ONE Groveport is seeking a Production Support Associate to help ensure smooth production flow, from materials staging to palletization and SAP documentation. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety compliance, and hands-on support on the production line.

Responsibilities include quality audits, label verification, and assisting with equipment operations. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and some manufacturing exposure; ability to lift 50 lbs; familiarity with SAP and HMI

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Familiar with FDA GMPs and OSHA safety standards.
• Experience with SAP and HMI systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support the production line by ensuring materials are staged, replenished and ready with components like bottles, caps and pumps.
• Double-check component numbers and ensure the right paperwork and SAP stickers are in place.
• Move components and finished goods using electric pallet jacks; prep pallets for warehouse transfer.
• Scan finished products into SAP and maintain accurate records; act as a quality gatekeeper.
• Return unused components and help clear the line for the next run.
• Perform quality audits; check label placement, batch codes, and product standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace meeting FDA and company quality standards.
• Promote and follow safety protocols throughout the facility.
• Step in as backup Equipment Operator and help train new team members.
• Complete SOPs, Work Instructions and other documentation with accuracy.
• Handle sensitive product and customer information with discretion.
