Uprise - Embedded Tax and Advisory in Las Vegas is seeking a proactive customer support professional to help clients move their tax work forward. You will gather documents, track status, and coordinate with our Tax Advisors to provide clear next steps.

Based in the Las Vegas or Henderson area, you will handle client messages, schedule calls, and maintain accurate records across client portals and secure sharing tools. Remote work is supported within a structured workflow.

Qualifications

• You have worked in customer support or client service.
• You are patient and warm with people, including when they are stressed about money or deadlines.
• You are careful with details, and you check your own work.
• You work hard and you follow through without being reminded.
• You are comfortable talking about personal finance and tax documents.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client messages quickly and clearly, and keep clients informed about progress and missing items.
• Collect documents from clients, follow up on what is missing, and ensure completeness before sending to tax team.
• Schedule calls between clients and Tax Advisors and manage calendar entries.
• Route tax questions to the right person and follow through until an answer is provided.
• Keep client-tracking systems up to date so the team can see status at a glance.
• Hand off tasks to offshore client operations and verify quality, flagging gaps.
• Help build and improve the client workflow based on feedback and bottlenecks.
