Job summary

Uprise is seeking a Tax Compliance Manager to review and sign 1040, 1120S and 1065 returns across multi-state, K-1, stock comp and real estate situations. A CPA or EA designation is required, and remote work within the US is available with Las Vegas preferred.

Trust or foreign experience is a plus, and the role offers opportunities to build a tax advisory platform, including our AI tooling, for business owners and high earners in a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Active CPA or EA designation.
• Experience with Form 1040, 1120S, 1065 is preferred.
• Knowledge of multi-state tax, K-1, stock compensation and real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign returns 1040, 1120S and 1065 across multistate scenarios.
• Manage K-1, stock compensation and real estate tax situations.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.
