Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years in client services, account management, or operations within consumer collections or regulated servicing.
• Two+ years managing external client relationships with performance reporting and issue resolution.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• Familiarity with consumer protection framework governing third-party collections.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the named relationship contact for assigned creditor portfolios with timely, well-documented responses.
• Plan and lead weekly/monthly client touchpoints and quarterly business reviews; prepare agendas and materials.
• Maintain a current client requirements matrix and distribute changes to affected departments.
• Own client escalations end-to-end: acknowledge, investigate, document findings, and respond per deadlines.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients and portfolios, including data mapping and reporting setup.
• Identify and drive AI adoption to improve reporting and client communications while ensuring compliance.
