Job summary

King & Spalding is seeking an experienced Manager, Client Receivables in Atlanta to lead the Firm’s Inventory Management and receivables teams. You will oversee billing, collections, and regional portfolios while partnering with key stakeholders to drive the firm’s inventory management strategy and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight, data-driven reporting, and the adoption of new processes and technologies to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in law firm finance, revenue management, inventory management, or related operational leadership.
• Leadership and people management experience.
• Experience developing reporting, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor Client Receivables team leadership and foster accountability and growth.
• Provide strategic and operational oversight of Client Receivables, Billing-Managed, and Regional collections.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to monitor performance and risk.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability across teams.
• Coordinate with Financial Systems and stakeholders to implement tools and projects.
