S3 Technologies is seeking a Client Relations Manager to lead our Business Relationship Managers and drive client success. You’ll coach BRMs, monitor KPIs, and hold the team accountable for goals, communication, and follow-through.

Based in Akron, this in-office role coordinates handoffs between Sales and Operations, ensuring client commitments stay on track and teams collaborate effectively to deliver trusted technology solutions.

• Experience guiding day-to-day performance of sales reps and analyzing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day sales execution, create structure, and maintain momentum.
• Own the process across the organization to improve consistency and performance.
• Monitor KPIs, track activity, spot trends, and drive corrective action when needed.
• Bridge Sales and Operations to ensure realistic handoffs and smooth workflows.
• Create accountability by setting expectations and following through even without direct management.
• Report performance, risks, and decisions to leadership with actionable direction.
