Job summary

Smart City Locating, Inc. is seeking a Client Success & Operations Specialist to own the client experience from onboarding to ongoing support. You will coordinate handoffs, keep timelines updated, and act as the focal point for client communications to ensure seamless delivery.

In this hybrid Denver-based role, you’ll collaborate across Sales, Content, Finance, and Leadership, proactively addressing bottlenecks and ensuring every deadline is met with high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client success, account coordination, operations, or related roles.
• Experience with project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
• Experience with Google Workspace, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and business productivity software.
• Experience coordinating across departments to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for clients after signing and manage a high-touch experience.
• Coordinate onboarding from agreement through launch and ensure clean handoffs.
• Schedule kickoff calls, content capture dates, and milestones.
• Collect contacts, access, assets, information, and approvals needed to start work.
• Maintain accurate client records, timelines, and action items.
• Send updates, reminders, recaps, and next steps proactively.
• Collaborate with Sales, Content, Finance, and Leadership to stay aligned.
• Identify issues, bottlenecks, and risks early and help resolve them.
• Build and improve workflows, templates, SOPs, and systems as the team scales.
