Job summary

Smart City Locating seeks a Client Success & Operations Specialist to manage the client experience from signing through onboarding, launch, and ongoing support. You will keep clients informed and teams aligned, ensuring smooth handoffs and timely delivery.

The role requires exceptional organization, proactive communication, and the ability to coordinate across Sales, Content, Finance, and Leadership. Hybrid in-office role in Austin, TX with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in client success or related roles preferred.
• Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com or similar preferred.
• Experience with Google Workspace and CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact post-signature.
• Coordinate onboarding from agreement to launch.
• Schedule kickoff calls and milestones.
• Gather contacts, assets, and approvals.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and timelines.
• Send updates, reminders, and next steps.
• Collaborate across Sales, Content, Finance, and Leadership.
• Identify issues and bottlenecks early and drive solutions.
• Develop workflows, SOPs, and processes as we grow.
• Ensure no client or project falls through the cracks.
