Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing coordination, operations, or account management role.
• Exceptional written communication — emails and updates represent the company.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams or projects simultaneously without dropping details.
• Comfortable working with project management tools in a modern stack.
• Self-directed — you identify what needs to be done without being asked for everything.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client onboarding process — intake forms, kickoff scheduling, document collection, and initial environment access coordination
• Track project milestones, deliverable timelines, and client communication touchpoints across all active engagements
• Draft and send client status updates, follow-up emails, and post-engagement check-ins
• Support proposal and contract coordination — formatting, routing for signatures, filing in our CRM
• Identify and build internal processes where gaps exist — onboarding checklists, engagement templates, communication workflows
• Support invoicing coordination and accounts receivable tracking alongside the founder
