Job summary

You’ll manage help requests, maintain records, process DOT and client-specific compliance tasks, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.

• Perform new client vetting and online research.
• Conduct analytical work, auditing and research related to electronic data and records.
• Collaborate with team members on internal and client projects.
• Monitor workload across service areas to meet deadlines and service expectations.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems according to established procedures.
