TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to support multiple client relationships across an established house accounts portfolio.

You will ensure day-to-day service delivery, assist in renewals, and help maintain client satisfaction and retention while coordinating with operations to manage requests. In this hands-on role, you will track performance metrics, contribute to client reporting in CRM and CMMS, and participate in client check-ins and internal account review meetings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in customer service or account coordination in service, facilities, or construction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with service operations and work order processes.
• Proficient in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of established house accounts with consistent communication and service.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for routine service requests and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch to complete work orders on time and within scope.
• Track client activity, renewals, and satisfaction metrics; escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with client reporting and data entry in CRM and CMMS systems.
• Aid in proposal preparation, contract renewals, and documentation for accounts.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify trends affecting service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experience.
• Participate in client check-ins and internal account review meetings.
