Job summary

Courser is seeking a Client Concierge to support small and long-tail clients, handling non-technical inquiries, survey follow-ups, and operational tasks. You will assist Account Managers, maintain CRM data accuracy, and ensure timely, professional client engagement.

You will collaborate with Service Operations and Account Management to streamline processes, manage quotes and orders for small customers, and help ensure renewal workflows with TD SYNNEX and CPQ tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer service, contact center or customer success (MSP or IT services preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle billing questions and basic sales inquiries.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), quoting tools, and Microsoft licensing processes.
• Very organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a remote outsourced team structure; proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound client requests not service-oriented, including billing questions and general quotes.
• Provide first-touch resolution or route requests with clear documentation.
• Maintain timely communication with clients to sustain satisfaction.
• Proactively reach out to clients after project completion to encourage survey participation.
• Improve response rates for customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score surveys.
• Document client feedback and escalate detractor responses as needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
