Job summary

Pavlov Media in Champaign, IL seeks an Account Coordinator to grow customer faith through operational excellence and clear communications. This onsite role coordinates Pavlov Media's teams to deliver a superior customer experience for our MDU clients.

The position collaborates with Network Operations, Field Operations, Technical Support, Billing, Legal, and Sales, and requires strong organization, record-keeping, and a customer-first mindset. Travel 0–5% may be required.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Pavlov Media products and services.
• Valid driver’s license: ability to occasionally travel with overnight stays (0-5%).

Responsibilities

• Encourage a strong, company-wide commitment to quality, brand strength, and customer success.
• Coordinate with field resources to prioritize top-priority field orders and communicate effectively with customers.
• Improve quality and efficiency for internal resources and customers.
• Own input sources such as email inbox, calls, and ticket queue.
• Ensure accurate records such as support tickets and contact logs.
• Balance incoming work with team capacity to maximize utilization.
