iconectiv is seeking an Account Management Associate to join the Bridgewater, NJ team. You will review contracts, validate data against requirements, and resolve issues with internal and external contacts by phone or email.

The role includes supporting process improvements and handling annual qualification tasks. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid

Qualifications

• Ability to adjust to workflow changes quickly.
• Ability to work across organizations to implement processes and support customers.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a group setting.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and detailed application documents.
• Validate data against requirements.
• Resolve issues directly; escalate complex issues to team leads.
• Work to achieve individual productivity metrics during high demand.
• Interact with internal and external contacts via phone or email.
• Develop and implement detailed processes for new projects.
• Adjust procedures to meet specific needs while adhering to guidelines.
• Suggest improvements to Methods and Procedures to the team leader.
• Assist in managing annual qualification and renewal processes.
• Outreach to customers to foster relationships.
