Qualifications

• Ability to adjust to workflow changes quickly.
• Ability to work across organizations to implement processes and support customers.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a group setting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and detailed application documents.
• Validate data against requirements.
• Resolve issues directly; escalate more complex customer issues to team leads.
• Work to achieve individual productivity metrics, especially during high demand.
• Interact with internal and external contacts via phone or email in a professional manner.
• For new projects, develop and implement detailed processes based on approved methods and procedures.
• Adjust procedures to meet specific needs while adhering to neutrality guidelines.
• Recognize potential improvements in Methods and Procedures and suggest them to the team leader.
• Assist in managing annual qualification and renewal processes.
• Outreach to customers to foster relationships.
