• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience of 2+ years.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt to changing workflows and work across organizations.
• Able to work independently and in a group.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and detailed application documents.
• Validate data against requirements.
• Resolve issues directly; escalate more complex issues to team leads.
• Aim to achieve individual productivity metrics during high demand.
• Interact with internal and external contacts via phone or email.
• For new projects, develop and implement detailed processes based on approved Methods and Procedures.
• Adjust procedures to meet needs while maintaining neutrality.
• Identify improvements in Methods and Procedures and suggest to team leader.
• Assist in managing annual qualification and renewal processes.
• Outreach to customers to foster relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Review of contracts & detailed application documents
• Validation of data against requirements
• Resolve issues directly; elevate more complex customer issues to team leads
• Work to achieve individual productivity metrics, particularly during periods of high demand
• Interact with internal and external contacts via phone or email in a professional manner
• For new projects, develop and implement detailed processes based upon approved high level Methods and Procedures
• Adjust procedures to meet specific needs while adhering to neutrality guidelines
• Recognize potential improvements in Methods and Procedures and make suggestions to team leader
• Assist in managing annual qualification and renewal processes
• Outreach to customers to foster relationships

Requirements:

• Ability to adjust to workflow changes quickly
• Ability to work across organizations to implement processes and support customers
• Comfortable working both independently and in a group setting
• Familiarity and comfort with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience of 2+ years

**Hybrid employees must live within 75 miles of the iconectiv office in Bridgewater, New Jersey, which is the in-person office location where the employee will report when working in-person

At iconectiv, we expect to pay between $56k- $81kfor this role. This role is eligible for variable pay (bonus). The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, skills, abilities and geographic region.

Benefits:

On the first of the month following date of hire, employees working more than 30 hours/week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, disability (short and long term) and basic and supplemental life insurances.
