Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to temporary employees and manage employee relations.
• Partner with Account Manager, HR, and client stakeholders for smooth onboarding.
• Conduct six-week check-ins with temporary employees for ongoing support.
• Create and maintain activity reports and update metrics daily/weekly/quarterly.
• Maintain internal/external trackers and enter/edit data in client software tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the accounting team on audits and contracts; generate client leads.
