Smart City Locating, Inc. is seeking a Client Success & Operations Specialist to own the operational side of the client experience from onboarding through ongoing support.

You’ll keep clients informed, internal teams aligned, and the details moving so great work happens without anything falling through the cracks. This hybrid role in Denver, CO emphasizes high-touch client care, process optimization, and collaboration across Sales, Content, Finance, and Leadership to ensure exceptional outcomes

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, communications, operations, or related field.
• 2+ years in client success, account coordination, operations, or related roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for clients after signing, delivering a high-touch experience.
• Coordinate onboarding from agreement through launch with clean handoffs.
• Schedule kickoff calls, content capture dates, and milestones.
• Collect contacts, access, assets, and approvals needed to start work.
• Maintain client records, statuses, timelines and action items.
• Send updates and next steps before asked.
