BARNETT SIGNS, INCORPORATED is seeking an Account Representative to own the customer relationship from project kickoff to closeout. You will coordinate multiple sign projects, communicate proactively about status and changes, and ensure every setup is accurate for Operations.

This role requires staying on top of details, keeping project information up to date, and addressing issues early. You’ll manage timelines, commitments, and invoicing while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional education a plus.
• Experience in project coordination or account management preferred.
• Experience managing projects through estimating, permitting, installation, and closeout.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers.
• Communicate clearly on status, timelines, and changes.
• Ensure projects are fully set up and ready for Operations.
