Job summary

Propelled Brands is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead FASTSIGNS National Accounts sign projects from inquiry to completion. You will coordinate with franchisees, vendors, landlords, and internal teams to deliver quality work on schedule and within scope.

The ideal candidate has strong project-management and communication skills, experience in the sign industry or related coordination, and a detail-oriented approach to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Project coordination and/or sign-industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Manage FASTSIGNS National Accounts sign projects from inquiry to completion.
• Coordinate with franchisees, vendors, landlords and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare scopes of work, estimates, and purchase orders; review artwork and landlord approvals.
