Parvin-Clauss Sign Company in Illinois is seeking a motivated Account Manager to nurture client relationships, grow existing accounts, and coordinate custom signage projects from inquiry through completion. You are organized, customer-focused, and thrive when collaborating with internal teams to deliver on-time, on-spec results.

The role emphasizes managing RFQs, estimates, approvals, scope changes, and billing inquiries while maintaining accurate records and driving repeat business across coast

Formación

• Experience in account management or customer service.
• Signage, manufacturing, graphics, or construction experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate repeat business.
• Follow up on RFQs, estimates, proposals, customer approvals, and outstanding items.
• Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Project Management, Design, Manufacturing, and Installation.
• Help ensure project requirements, specifications, and customer expectations are clearly communicated.
• Assist with change orders, scope updates, customer concerns, and billing questions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support efficient project execution.
