Propelled Brands Franchising, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee FASTSIGNS National Accounts sign projects from inquiry to completion. You will collaborate with customers, franchisees, vendors, landlords, and internal teams to keep projects organized, on schedule, and within requirements.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with experience in project coordination and knowledge of the sign industry.

Qualifications

• Strong project-management, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• General sign-industry knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Receive and review new project inquiries and orders through email and other channels.
• Enter new jobs into the project management system and create scopes of work for installs and service work.
• Research and select qualified franchisees or subcontractors for surveys and project work.
• Review artwork for accuracy and coordinate revisions; submit quotes and obtain approvals.
• Create purchase orders for permitting, manufacturing, and installation; track progress and closeouts.
• Maintain accurate project statuses, notes, and documents in the system; bid projects for best value.
