Job summary

Doxim, a leader in transforming critical communications, seeks a Client Success professional to build strong client relationships and guide customers to achieve business goals through Doxim’s solutions and services.

You’ll lead onboarding, adoption, and collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to support seamless service across order entry, production, delivery, and invoicing. You’ll resolve concerns, act on feedback, and partner with Sales on renewals to drive long-term retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Client Success point of contact for assigned accounts, acting as trusted advisor to key stakeholders and sponsors.
• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, ensuring successful implementation, clear expectation setting, and defined customer success outcomes.
• Drive customer adoption and value realization by guiding usage, optimizing workflows, and aligning with business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day customer relationships, acting as main contact across order entry, production, delivery and invoicing.
• Own issue resolution and escalation, coordinating cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
• Identify expansion opportunities by partnering with Sales on upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies including contract support.
• Capture and act on customer feedback to measure sentiment and support long-term retention.

You’ll lead onboarding, guide adoption, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to support seamless service across order entry, production, delivery, and invoicing. You’ll also resolve client concerns, act on feedback to improve satisfaction, and partner with Sales on renewals and growth opportunities that support long-term retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Client Success point of contact for assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, ensuring successful implementation, clear expectation setting, and achievement of defined customer success outcomes.
• Drive customer adoption and value realization by proactively guiding usage, optimizing workflows, and ensuring alignment with agreed business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day customer relationships, serving as the main point of contact across order entry, production, delivery, and invoicing processes.
• Own issue resolution and escalation management, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
• Identify and enable expansion opportunities by partnering with Sales on upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies, including contract and documentation support (MSAs, SOWs, Change Requests).
• Capture and act on customer feedback to measure sentiment, improve satisfaction, and support long-term retention through proactive engagement and advocacy development.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and quality
• Account management experience
• Strong understanding of mail service provider operations, including USPS rules and regulations
• Strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Post secondary degree preferred
• 2-5 years’ experience working for a commercial printer, mail service provider or related industry

Physical Demands:

This role requires prolonged periods of sitting and extensive computer use, including frequent use of a keyboard and mouse. May occasionally lift or carry light materials (generally up to 10 pounds) such as documents, laptops, or office supplies.

Travel:

Up to 10%; may include industry conferences and corporate events.
