Job summary

Polaris Pharmacy Services seeks a detail-oriented Client Services professional to support long-term care pharmacy clients across skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities.

You will identify issues early, train customers on programs and technology, build relationships with facility staff, ensure HIPAA compliance, and serve as the single point of contact for daily operations and audits. This role requires organizational skills and the ability to handle varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy technician licenses/certifications required by state regulations.
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify early warning signs of potential issues.
• Conduct customer training to support roll-out of programs and services.
• Educate customers on utilizing key pharmacy programs and technology.
• Build relationships with facility administration and staff.
• Follow HIPAA and other regulations.
• Serve as Single Point of Contact for customers.
• Perform medication cart and medication room audits.
• Conduct medication cycle fill checks.
