Job summary

Mosaic Legal Ops is seeking a Client Success Manager to partner with corporate legal departments to improve their legal operations through technology, process improvement, and strategic support. You'll build lasting client relationships, administer legal operations platforms, analyze data, and provide recommendations that help clients work more efficiently.

No legal experience is required. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with clients, and making a measurable

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Customer service, account management, or client-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• No legal experience required.
• Ability to work 9am-5pm Central Time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Administer Matter Management, eBilling, and other legal operations platforms.
• Review invoices and support billing workflows.
• Create reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Identify opportunities to improve client processes and operational efficiency.
• Provide training, troubleshooting, and system support.
• Collaborate with internal teams on client projects and process improvements.
• Manage multiple client accounts while delivering exceptional customer service.
