Job summary

Ventra Health is seeking a Manager, Client Success to serve as the liaison between Ventra Health and clients, manage accounts to maximize collections, and minimize issues. You will work with patients, doctors, practice managers, and administrators to resolve escalated problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings to review performance and satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary client contact and coordinate with internal teams.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain client success documentation.
• Monitor client success metrics and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare and review client reports and ad-hoc analyses.
• Assist with new client implementations and staff development.
