Ventra Health is seeking a Manager, Client Success to act as the liaison between Ventra Health and clients, overseeing account management to maximize collections and provide contracted services. You will interact with patients, doctors, practice managers, and administrators to resolve escalated issues and ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating with the finance, HR, credentialing, and compliance teams, reviewing performance data, and guiding process improvements.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating with clients and internal cross functional teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Ability to analyze and summarize performance data.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct face-to-face client meetings to review performance and satisfaction.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
• Prepare and review reports and ad-hoc analyses for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor client success metrics and escalate issues per procedures.
• Assist with new client implementation and onboarding.
