Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client retention or service roles with focus on customer experience.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Detail oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client retention and service expansion by negotiating agreements and follow-ups.
• Manage contractor performance, compliance, and service standards.
• Supervise Night Managers and coordinate staffing for client needs.
• Handle inspections, CRM data entry, and documentation updates.
• Assist with invoicing, contractor payments, and client records.
