Job summary

Taylor Oswald is seeking an experienced client management professional to provide external support for a defined book of business and lead a client management support team. You will collaborate with internal resources to ensure client needs are met and retain existing business.

You will design benefit solutions, onboard new clients, coordinate renewals, and guide the team to deliver accurate deliverables while maintaining records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and related

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in medical benefits or ancillary coverage
• College degree is an advantage but not required
• Licensure in Life, Health & Accident preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact to clients and lead the support team
• Design and implement cost-effective benefit solutions
• Onboard new clients and maintain client data accuracy
• Prepare renewal presentations and pricing summaries for Client Executives
• Collaborate with Client Executive on long-term health management strategy
• Ensure compliance with ACA and other regulations
