Come and join a 10-year-old, fast-growing IT Managed Services Company in Greater Philadelphia. We are actively hiring, even during the COVID environment, with open positions for Sales Managers at various levels throughout the Greater Philadelphia and New Jersey areas.

About the Company: At TeamLogic IT, we provide comprehensive IT-managed services along with premier client support. We aim to eliminate technology worries by providing the necessary knowledge and skills to keep operations running smoothly. We evaluate current and future needs to deliver the best solutions aligned with organizational goals. We are the fastest-growing and largest Master Franchisee in the TeamLogic network of 200 locations, managing 11 territories.

Position: Client Success Manager

Location: Langhorne, PA 19047

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients to provide professional representation of TeamLogic IT and understand their needs and goals.
  • Research industry best practices, client needs, and stakeholder insights.
  • Develop, manage, and evaluate clients’ annual assessments, IT roadmaps, and budgets.
  • Set clear expectations for project deliverables and outcomes.
  • Report project status, including budgets, risks, and opportunities.
  • Communicate TeamLogic IT’s services and capabilities effectively.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
  • Document processes and share relevant updates with internal teams.
Internal Communication
  • Represent clients’ goals and brand characteristics.
  • Clarify expectations and keep team members focused.
  • Share project updates and ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, deliver work on time and within budget.
  • Foster innovation, collaboration, and share industry knowledge.
  • Establish leadership, especially in accounting services.
Management Communication
  • Report on workflow, resource needs, and daily activities.
  • Escalate issues and ensure project profitability.
  • Work with management on personal and professional development.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Previous success in marketing, social media, and web management.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership, and initiative.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong time management, process documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in communications or marketing; persuasion skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, with decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and relationship management.
