One of our companies is currently looking for a Client Success Manager II in Arizona or Texas .

This role is ideal for someone passionate about client experience, digital marketing, and real estate. As a Client Success Manager II, you’ll own the full client journey from onboarding through renewal, serving as a strategic advisor and trusted partner. You’ll guide the design and implementation of digital solutions, manage client portfolios, and play a key role in retention and satisfaction. This position requires a hands-on, relationship-driven approach, and a knack for managing projects while identifying new value opportunities. Accountabilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a large portfolio of clients, from onboarding to renewal.
  • Lead implementation of digital solutions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals.
  • Serve as a strategic partner by understanding each client's brand and objectives, and offering tailored guidance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams to deliver value.
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities and drive client expansion and retention.
  • Monitor performance metrics and client satisfaction, making improvements to enhance the experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on project status, technical details, and future planning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or software / media implementation.
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid media, social, and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing high client volume and navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for explaining complex concepts clearly.
  • Prior experience with website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify).
  • A collaborative spirit with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Interest in or knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Base salary of $70,000–$75,000 plus 20% performance-based bonus
