Barrett Distribution Centers, Inc. seeks a Client Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service by listening to customers, identifying root causes, and ensuring timely resolutions.

The role reports to the Client Support Manager and works 8:00am-4:45pm, Monday through Friday. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, coordinate with warehouse operations, process paperwork, and maintain accurate billing, orders, and carrier routing in accordance with SLAs and compliance

Qualifications

• Two years of college education required.
• Two+ years business experience required.
• Experience in customer service with focus on satisfaction.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and warehouse systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• English proficiency; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Process inbound/outbound paperwork and data entry accurately.
• Invoice customers on time for all billing types and maintain billing files.
• Monitor order fulfillment end-to-end across warehouse and customer touchpoints.
• Ensure SLAs and compliance requirements are met.
• Review Non-Compliance Reports in Salesforce and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in onboarding new customers and process improvements.
• Maintain Work Instructions and customer-facing communications.
