You will work with Account Executives to guide customers through implementation, foster strong relationships, and identify opportunities for expansion while minimizing churn.

The role emphasizes proactive support, training delivery through webinars, and regular business reviews to ensure client success and long-term value realization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software customer success, account management, or client services.
• Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience using conversational intelligence tools (e.g., Gong, Chorus, or SalesLoft).
• Proven ability to communicate ROI and demonstrate value through measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to guide clients through onboarding and adoption.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
• Provide proactive client support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
• Host training sessions, webinars, and product demonstrations to drive adoption.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess satisfaction and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to improve client experience.
