The right candidate will coordinate software rollouts, manage project details and deadlines, and partner with Sales and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes while maintaining professionalism in a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, program/ project coordination, technical support, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience supporting technology solutions, software implementations, or B2B customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout implementation, launch, and ongoing post-launch support.
• Coordinate customer projects, pilots, tests, and technology rollouts, ensuring details, dependencies, and deadlines are accurately managed.
• Maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders and participate in regular meetings and program reviews.
• Provide ongoing product and technical support for software solutions deployed on customer hardware, including troubleshooting and escalation management.
• Respond quickly to customer requests and time-sensitive issues with urgency and ownership.
• Partner with Sales and internal teams to execute programs, resolve issues, identify opportunities, and support account growth.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and competing customer needs with high accuracy.
• Support the Client Support Specialist team.
