The role is in-office in Celebration, FL, full-time, with a 9:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule and a salary range of $50,000–$55,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, onboarding, account management, or a client-facing role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the client journey post onboarding and ensure ongoing engagement and progress.
• Support clients inside PhysioFunnels, building, troubleshooting, and implementing what's needed to achieve results.
• Proactively check in with clients, guide next steps, and prevent drift after onboarding.
• Identify and resolve client blockers with clear, actionable steps to move progress.
