Job summary

The Larkin Company is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team in San Francisco. You will drive client success from implementation through ongoing partnership, coordinating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure top-tier service for our leave and disability claims clients.

You will manage client communications, provide strategic advisory insights, and mentor coordinators, while upholding our standards for accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or professional certification required or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in leave of absence administration or related field with knowledge of federal/state leave laws.
• Experience in managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy with internal stakeholders to ensure high client satisfaction and sustainable processes.
• Nurture client relationships from implementation through ongoing partnership, including on-site visits.
• Lead client management and implementation calls and ensure action items are resolved.
• Recommend best practices on client policies and processes using benchmarking data.
• Present to clients showing preparation, clear content flow, and professional delivery.
• Oversee data feed integration and testing aligned with security protocols.
• Mentor Coordinators and provide training as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
